LJ My only purpose in posting this is to note - without stating it directly - that * Mish already posted this topic prior to the LA Times * (inferred) that I am delighted to see the main stream press almost up to speed ... * this will come off badly - but I don't care what the article says .... and * once this heroin high (Ben + Fiscal) subsides ... can't wait to see WHO and WHAT the NEW DEBATE deliberates ... sidebar ------- Some "extremists" who I admire are predicting 70% of all mortgages will be under water in 2 years Recent case in KANSAS (I think) that effectively ruled that due to the lack of information in MERVS or MER or (sic) banks can't foreclose .... no paper trail .... if this goes USA bound ... all CDO's are doomed trying to connect lender and borrower ..... regards John
