We don’t know if its true -but it seems as though the bitter web patent mobile barcode battle between NeoMedia and Scanbuy is coming to an end. This is what we received: Neomedia and Scanbuy May be Very Close to Settlement By letter dated September 10, 2009, Scanbuy and Neomedia jointly requested the judge in both the Neomedia v. Scanbuy case and in the Scanbuy v. Neomedia case to extend by two weeks certain looming procedural deadlines in the Neomedia v. Scanbuy case.
