Not the one on OCT 23, I heard there was one today. The Royal Bank gives notice when there is an announcment about a company that is in your quote lists. This one showed up this morning. Usually I can get the notice at the end of day. But am curious as to what it is. This is why you often see the price change, and can't find any reason for it.

I believe that when the VSE recieves the news they hold it until they look at it. But brokerages get an immediate copy.
