Kenneth isn't stupid in the basic sense of the word. He can take care of himself. He simply doesn't understand that there is a day when the well will run dry. Far to many people always perceive the well as ever present and always continuing. Workers see the same at work. They think the company always has unlimited funds.

A greater problem in this country is they don't teach economics to people in grammar/elementary schools and in high schools. The vast majority of people believe the government has it's own money rather than understanding that every penny they get is taken from others and every penny more they spend then they have taken simply gets added to the bill, so they must take more and more.

It is bad enough that people never really own their own homes. They must pay a great deal every month just to rent the space from their town, township, county and state. If they fail on those payments it is yanked away from them. So the state actually owns everything.
