Oh bummer! Welfare? You're describing redistribution of wealth. I thought that was why the anointed one was elected, to redistribute the wealth. Take money from those who earned it and redistribute it to those who didn't earn it. I know lets call it "Social Justice". That sounds much better. Sounds much fairer too.
