Deal break fees of some US $10.5 Mil ... ??? This just breaks the camel's back! Have the parties to this deal completely lost their mind or are they under the mistaken impression that the general public's IQ is well below the level of the three famous monkeys as in deaf, dumb and blind? Break-up fees which exceed a company's market cap??? That has to be a first!!! Let's get them and I mean all of them! That is officers, directors of A-V, their accountants and, last but not least, the lenders as in RBC and friends. Hats off to Versa as they didn't do anything wrong (from what I can tell). They just cut the best deal they could. More power to them! Too bad they aren't a public company. I'd love to buy their shares. I'll eat my shirt, pants and socks if Suskinds doesn't pick this up. It's the easiest money they ever made.
