word. They have to finish the printing program in the amount
promised and manage future expectations, or they risk to upset
the monster. They raised very carefully in very transparent
fashion during the 2003-2007 bull. Never a surprise.
Now the bubble grew much
bigger, so they need to draft a plan for the rates and printing
10 years in advance and then make an announcement. -g-
