I don't think sinclap understands Apple very well.

I disagree but think that his view is stuck into a model that Apple will never embrace as long as Steve is leading the charge. They tried it years ago and it was a failure so doing it again won't be any better.

I believe Steve is smart and knows how to manifest his vision. I also believe that Apple like many big corporations has a culture and that Apple's needs some work. It isn't perfect by any means and that fact that employees both old and current are starting to talk about their good and bad experiences is a good wake up call for the people in high places.
