I wonder if M.Dell has any tricks up his sleeve to stop this slide ??? Why would Alex Brown downgrade to a buy from a strong buy there must be something to it. Will DELL not meet the high end of that magic whisper number on Nov 16 ??? Also what is the difference between a "strong buy" and a "buy" ???
