The expense charge was explained last quarter. According to SEC rules they have to recognize the interest expense of the Reg-S deal when issued regradless of when it converts. I'm curious about the number of shares outstanding. Plus there has been no SEC filings regarding conversion. Could the Caymen's still be holding.
