Beaverfever, why don't you call Krystle Chow or email her directly? Look beyond EDC, they haven't done anything wrong....yet. And I doubt they will, but irregardless the proposal does not require EDC funds to be completed anyways. I doubt EDC was really involved in negotiating any part of this deal, I suspect they had previous dealings with Allen-Vanguard, that were in the pipeline and may or may not be currently valid.
