I think a little tort reform would go a long way. implement that....see what gets fixed (and/or broken) as a result, then look at what else needs to be tweaked. When something isn't completely broken and for the most part works the way people want it to, you don't fix the broken parts with a revolution. You fix it in little tweaks. Evolution, not revolution.... The problem is not with the Doctors, as Obama would have us believe. It is in large part due to lawyers and to the people who see a trip to the doctor as a payday. That's not to say that if a person is wronged that s/he shouldn't be made whole.
