For some of these very reasons, I think the company may have requested the investigation. If so, this is good news (having been initiated by the company themselves). Furthermore, if the SEC (now a week into the investigation) found such blatant abuse on behalf of SPNGE then why haven't they shut them down already??? Cease trading.

well my sources tell me that its been spng that has requested the sec investigation in fact they have been screaming for one thats why they are fully co-operating with the sec on handing over documents. I wish I could reveal my sources but as we know a good reported never reveals their sources
