Pardon my insertion... I wandered over to this thread to vent after my particularly buys and spectacular negative gains today. Just when you think it's a dip and buy, the bears come out of the woods and bend you over. Thanks, you made my day. Flame away, folks. I deserve it. I got it all wrong the last few days. I thought it was "Buy high, lose your nerve and sell low". I wasn't making any profit, but I thought I would make it up on volume. Right now I'm convinced that I could get a better return on my money by giving it all to one of those "Will Work For Food" guys on the expressway exit ramp. Say, now there's an idea. I wonder what their ROI is? Has anyone ever seen one of those guys actually move, much less work?
