I would agree with you...except, I have seen DELL as way overpriced for a while and TXN seems to be a falling knife (145 to 104 in a little less than 3 weeks).

I would wait till the market shakes a few more apples off the tree.

Wait till DELL hits 70 on the next big wave of selling (which is going to come - no doubt), then jump in there while the premium is high and sell some DELL Jan 70 Puts. You should get close to 8 for them, and thus you'll be able to own DELL at close to 62...not bad...but you're gonna have to have the guts to do it when the market slips again....and you may only have a few minutes before it begins recovering again.

I wish I could do this, but my account is not nearly as large as it needs to be to be allowed to do this type of trading.
