Who the hell are YOU to determine what is a "high executive salary"? If you're a shareholder, vote on it. But other than that I don't see how it is any of your business.

As to FFS, I can't think of a reason why physicians should be held to an outcome-based standard. We don't hold the UAW employees responsible when a POS they built comes back for one warranty repair after another. We don't hold teachers responsible for lousy students. We don't hold attorneys responsible for losing lawsuits -- except for contingency arrangements, which are arguably a bigger part of the problem in health care than FFS.

When you're working on PEOPLE you can't guarantee an outcome. If you do heart surgery this month it may be necessary to do another 6 months from now. My physician tells me I need to quit eating and get more exercise and I don't do it. So, now what? It is HIS fault?

This is just a stupid concept that the Left has yanked out of its ass.
