From Briefing.com(Zitel) Zitel Corp (ZITL) 16 5/8 -3/4: "Year 2000" play says disappointed in slow emergence of the Y2K market. As a result, plans to cut costs in an attempt to keep spending in line with revenue growth. Company also reported a fiscal 4th qtr loss of $0.46 a share, reversing a yr-ago profit of $0.02. The $7.05 mln loss included a $1.57 mln, or $0.10 a share charge, related to the discount associated with the Convertible Subordinated Debentures issued in the 3rd qtr....
