Oh............yuck! I've had that and also have gotten car sick, but that was only when I've had to ride in the back seat. I was told my vertigo was because of an inner ear problem. Doc said most people my age get this. Something comes loose in the ear and causes it. She said to sit on the bed, fall back very quickly a couple of times. Supposed to put the piece that broke off back in place.

I do it every time I get vertigo.

Works!
