Agreed. And even the idea that "physical" well being is at an all time high is suspect. Health problems are exploding all over the world. I've always said: "Are people happier than 30 or 40 years ago?" dunno, but I doubt it. Young people (especially) I see around seem much less so than in the past. BWTFDIK, my view is obviously limited. Agree with you assertion about openness though too... things are more open today. That can't be bad I wouldn't think. Look at the complete wacko's on TV these days. Wowa. DAK
