Keeping it simple, respective of the current market turmoil, using a realistic historical PE for this sector (WDC & QNTM) why should SEG trade above a PE of ~15? Will we see the price go to ~ $17? Or ~$21 with Hambrecht & Quist revision of $1.40? Are we looking at a slow trend down? Did or did not management elude to future restructurings which could result in future one time charges? We know what this will do to earnings in the future? Is this a short situation or a long situation, for the short term or the long term? Is the sky falling on SEG?

These are questions I ask myself.
