Thanks. The link is at: finance.yahoo.com They talked about this to cover up what Scott Alvarez said in responding to auditing the Fed yesterday. His talk basically doomed Fed's fate. This is just a rescue effort. We shall see what is the next. Americans should ask two simple questions: 1. Why can't we get the low interest loans from Treasury directly? 2. What Treasury can't do, Fed can?
