Brown recluse........yes.....that's why I kick the wood before I reach my hand in. I woke up one morning with 8 spider bites on my back. Almost went into anaphylactic shock that day. Took a Benadryl and was all better. That's why I get them out of my sight. I live in a pretty benign place.
