One definition of THE BOTTOM I heard the other day was from some broker or portfolio manager on CNBC the day of the crash. He basically said the BIG money is waiting for the real bottom.

That point when the longs throw up their hands in frustration and say they give up. That point where they say get me out of this #@%$# market at any cost. It is then that we have hit the bottom and it is then that their Tonka trucks move in to load up the shares.

Wondering when to average down...AGAIN!
