Good morning all, and especially beaverfever,

Would appreciate it greatly if anyone would be able to provide me with concrete evidence that EDC provided funding solely to finance Versa's purchase of Allen-Vanguard. I understand that it seems the most likely reason for EDC to provide funding, but I would like to have solid written evidence of this if there's any to be had, especially since the material document is redacted and does not include this information.

FYI, I will be contacting EDC and Allen-Vanguard for their comments, but if someone could point me in the right direction toward a document that indicates this fact, that would go a long way towards having something besides hearsay with which to confront those parties.

Thanks so much to the shareholders who have already contacted me. I appreciate your comments and am continuing to pursue this story.
