I was comparing my iTouch (I know it's an iPod Touch, but I prefer iTouch) to a friend's Kindle.

Although she enjoyed the ability to carry so many books easily, she was somewhat frustrated that she couldn't see color illustrations, nor watch movies.

Of course, being the natural smart a** that I am, every time she would mention some feature that she desired, I would immediately run a demo on the iTouch.

I think the Apple tablet could be a huge hit, depending on the configuration.

I would certainly welcome a bigger version of the iTouch, one that had 4G access, and maybe a phone.
