What is becoming clearer is that the markets have never had integrity for the individual investor. The integrity lies only for the market makers and the hedge funds with the deepest pockets. When they can "front run" by using milliseconds to gain an advantage, there is no integrity for those that are being out run.

Anyone but the most naive has know that this was always the case. It has been the insiders "dirty little secret" (although not really that secret).

I am tired of reading about how the regulatory forces are trying to level the playing field. Either you level the field or you don't. And they haven't, period. Never have and I assume they never will, as this is how "the street" keeps its advantage. Not trying to be cynical, just practical.
