"Sounds open and fair" to me as well. But how do we reconcile the, "The new system, disputed when it began, was meant to help insure that minority students became editors of The Law Review." Sounds vaguely like affirmative action. How can we explain that statement? Poor editing, an error perhaps? -- at any rate Obama may be sly, dishonest, a racist, a communist, even a closet muslim, but he ain't stupid. :^)
