So are you saying that those Americans who do have health insurance should be entitled to keep their own insurance and the government should be helpful to only those Americans who for whatever reason do not have or cant afford insurance,,,,and of course whatever the government does should not affect those Americans who do have insurance of their choice.

Notice you said " help " not dictate.
