Brumar, few people in Russia were ever athiest. Stalin just sold it and was dictator and butcher. People just kept their religion to themselves. Now that Stalin and communism is gone Russian religion is out in the open again and prospering as it comes out of the closet big time. Few people on earth are actually athiests. Anywhere. Most people everywhere beleive in gods or spirits or some other faith belief system. What their leaders say means little. And you just refuse to acknowledge realities like that, you are so interested in proving your point even at the cost of facts and reality. What a governments say and what the people actually believe are two completely different things. Germans were Christain under Hitler, mostly Luthern. Hitler was another sociopathic butcher and the Germans got caught up in their militaristic culture. I am a German. The only place where you will find a majority of athiests are probably countries like Demark, Sweden and a few other Scandanavian countries. You are so sloppy in your posting it makes me want to set my hair on fire-lol. YOu remind me of Beck, Palin and Rush all of whom say the most outragous things which are seldom true.
