Ach, a little juice and excitement for me with my morning coffee today. With the market down 150 points though, I'll need to pay some attention there. I continue to add to my small position in oil company, USEG. finance.yahoo.com After about a ten-year absence, I'll reenter St. Joe [t]JOE[/t] for a few shares. As a real-estate company in Florida, of course it's out of favor. Stock's come down a bit now (but still up from earlier lows). I like that so many professional value investors have positions in this one. A catalyst might be the opening May '10 of Panama City Airport. JOE, a big political force in Florida, is the big backer of the project. JOE is expecting the airport to transform the surrounding area (JOE owns the land) with new infrastructure/homes/businesses. finance.yahoo.com
