Turning NOVL servers into good JAVA platforms is good for NOVL If you have ever written software you should know what is involved in maintaining a piece of code across multiple platforms and language variants. If Schmidt can give us a platform that executes JAVA apps better than NT then he will do okay for NOVL. As to writing apps for NOVL platforms in JAVA vs NLM's, that's ouside my area of expertise. But as we used to say in the early days of C, you can still write the critical code in Assembler and write the majority of the code in C and retain "efficiency". ===================== VK you gotta slow down!!!
