If they had let all the banks fail along with our entire economy and our currency (which would have dragged down the rest of the world too) you figure our future generations would have been much better off?


The USSR's complete economic and political system failed and less than a generation later that country's economy is healthier than ours.

You're aware we're in a democracy, right?
No, this is a common misconception. We are in a Republic. If you grew up in the United States you would have recited it most every morning at school with the pledge of allegiance.

"I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all."

Notice how it doesn't say "democracy"?

What kind of people do you think would have been elected if that had happened?

Did you ever hear of Hitler or Mussolini?


The comparison is just to easy with the way Obama has been nationalizing industries....
