Bullshit....Dimming is exactly what it sounds like... as in being dimmed down educationally thru the education system (as in inadequate teaching) and poor parenting, commensurate with the 1980's 1990's and 2000's. There will not be a returning to some natural order or size of some long ago period...except in your mind. regards
