Of course:

But we live in two worlds:

One world is the practicle world of every day living. Love, hate, fear, laughter, ego, envy, etc. We have to act as if all of those things are real. Sartre once siad: "I may be the only manin the world who has never been in love.

Actually, thousands of years ago when we lived in the jungles and nomads on the plains, many feel love was not known so much. Wome were basically just the property of men.

Keeping safe from the lions, finding food, keeping well and forming functioning and today compassionate societies. All the while recognizing most of what we understand is wrong.

The other world is the world of science. We can prove Einstein's theory of relativity. However, we cannot prove very much about the human mind even to this day.
