Give me one good reason why would you own MSFT right now. Here is my take on it:

The stock is between $120 to $125
There are about $10 in cash
Earnings expectation for FY 97 is $4
Growth for FY 97 between 16% to 25%

If you assume the high growth number of 25%, then the stock is fully valued at 4x25+10 = 110

Now, considering the following
1. Revenues and earnings were flat over the last 3 quarters
2. Heavy competition from Corel in the suite market
3. Legal battles with NSCP and others

I would say, it may be a reasonable buy between 70 to 80.
