When was the last time you were in Chicago? ;^) I spent a couple weeks in Rio a year ago November and didn't hear a gunshot the whole time. I spent four days in Chicago and heard many gunshots. I spent some time with cops in Rio and they have their hands full. I think the likelihood of being murdered during a robbery is somewhat equal.

I think Antarctica is a great safe place for the winter games.
I am trying to figure a safe place to live. Not easy either. I mean a safe place where you don't get taxed to death either.
