We are now proposing to Twitter to budget for local ads, formats and rates. For telcos, the local ads will be subdivided to exchange codes after area codes. For telco national ads, over 50,000 local ads will cover nation wide. For CableTV, we also suggest using telephone number for local area ads. This will enable delivery of products and services easily. Nation wide ads will be easily provided by local area advertizing programming.
