Damage control ..... IMHO this news release is nothing more than an attempt at damage control for what shareholders are digging into and finding many inconsistencies and questions that have brought significant exposure to a deal that is now seeing itself under a microscope and is beginning to feel some heat.
The more VRS tries to quiet shareholder concerns the harder shareholders will work at challenging information and statements made. What a press story this is turning into.
I can't imagine a seasoned reporter not seeing and reading between the lines a HOT story here that needs to be written.
Where is our government on this other than playing pass the buck and offer up "canned" responses. Seems they are too busy playing politics to worry about what they were elected to do -- represent the people.
