Here on, I think there are only two possible chances or outcome for share holders..

1. The courts shoots it down.. Quite unlikely because the Canadian system is not share holder friendly unless a major share holder or lawyers for share holders enter the fray and make a case that the process leading up to this was unfair etc. Or you get a real independent minded judge, which is again unlikely.. Only major share holder that we know off is RBC and they seemed to have agreed to all of this because they are also representing the debt load..

2. A Law firm finds enough cause to launch a Class action lawsuit.. Who knows..

Since the process is supposed to be concluded by year end, guess we will find out soon enough..
