Thanks John. I have not spent a lot of time looking into the MKRS function with OPT but suspect there is a lot of potential for both parties. I think you posted another link regarding the cost per Kwh (7.5c), at first glance that seems high but when economies of scale kick in and the technology gets better...you can guess the rest.

As for the pictures in your link, I visualize power generating buoys 100 times larger than the one pictured. I was at our local port the other day and they had just pulled a traffic buoy and placed it on the dock. It was about 14' high with a 10'radius at the base. There is a lot of power to be harvested in the oceans and I hope MKRS is involved.
