Multilateral Instrument 61-101 This is specifically under the jurisdiction of OSC. You need a specific response from OSC in response to this matter (violation or not), as well as any other security regulation violation. It needs to be specific and define, quote and explain law and regulation. A bit of precedent and case law would be useful as well. If you do not get that, then contact a member of parliament. The OSC is anachonistic in this day and age.
