Hello all, I'm back from 2 weeks away. Three things to bring you up to date on.
1. While I was away...I did receive the following email from the Ontario Securities Commission. Kidl, please note the reference file number (#20090923-8840/phone and address) in the header...anyone wanting to further call the OSC should reference this file number and add their name to the complaint. I haven't gotten a response back from Mr. Krystie (who will be conducting an investigation)...however, I will add his reponse to our bulletin board when he does.

2. I got a response back from Barry Critchley at the National Post. His only response back was "MANY THANKS,I'M DOING A FOLLOWUP". I see he did a small article on VRS. I got no response back from David Baines. I will be resending to BAINES and hopefully get some sort of a response back.
3. I contacted the RCMP Commercial Crime in Ottawa. They acknowledged my phone call, however, because I live in British Columbia, they advise they are transferring my info to the BC Commercial Crime Section. However, I have not received acknowledgement from them to date, therefore, I WILL BE CALLING THEM AGAIN. This time, I'm hoping to get a FILE NUMBER. Once I do, I will also post this number, and I would suggest, anyone that also wants to lodge a complaint with the RCMP, REFERENCE THE POLICE FILE NUMBER, and add your name to the list of "complainants". Does ANYONE on this board have an RCMP file number that I can use by adding my name to? If someone has been given a file number, it lends credence to the investigation....so, if someone already has a file number, please post it.
Beaverfever, you've done great dd. I applaud you. I read your posts with enthusiasm.
Hang in there everyone. We will succeed, but only if we are united. |
