"At this point we are still in the game." Sad to say, we are not in the game; see Item 8.01, page 6: sec.gov RIP, Spansion common. I had no hope for months, then a bit when I saw a few days ago - though not until after hours - it had gone up to .50 or so. Then it nosedived. Looks like it's official now... Well, actually, it's a draft plan of reorganization, so it's not really really really over yet, I guess.
