Candle stick, as others have told you before, there is no source or specific document that we can get to "prove" the short position. To the best of my knowledge, this is true.

However, let's look at the facts of the case a little closer. Fradulent press release were submitted with the sole intention of driving the price lower. These releases were traced back to an investment company whose business is shorting OTC stocks. Why would they do this? Only answer: they are short. They could not have covered because the entire float, and much more, is tied up in friendly hands.

If that doesn't make you think then check this out. Here are some more highlights of the actions of which they are suspected.
-They tried to steal the name of the company and failed
-They used influence at the old TA to slow down certificate production
-They harrassed the 2nd TA to the point that they dropped the account
-They filed a BS lawsuit (but never served it) against the company and it's long investors to scare people into selling
-They have flooded this thread with radical, abusive naysayers like Mawork1, etc.

There's more, but I think that is more than enough to prove my point.

I can't prove there is a short position, but I also can't prove that the sun will rise tomorrow morning either. Then again, I am willing to bet that both are true.
