Thank you for the valuable information. I happen to know that COMS owns USR. When they bought it I doubled my short position. The same I did with ASND .

Obviously we live in different worlds and we reason differently. Let us not argue any more. The future will tell who is right. I have been wrong sometimes: sold WCOM for $35 and NXTL for $17. Did not buy AOL at all after planning to.
