Oh bummer! That is because it is calculated using unemployment benefits. It is my understanding or is it Glenn Beck's that if you were to count actual unemployment it would be higher? Much higher. Then again everyone knows that employment percentages is a trailing indicator. Employment will not pick up until the down turn is over and the economy is growing again. It is preceded first by an increase in over time.
