This leads to some interesting speculation on time/distance constraints for ALL markets.

That is, if we accept the proposition that low-latency trading confers an advantage (and if not, why are players pursuing it so fervently?) then those locations that most quickly and efficiently aggregate information and act on it will have an advantage over others.

Information arbitrage, advantage not necessarily to geographical location, but to position on the info superhighway?

Does it not appear that actions of participants confirm conclusions which are nevertheless vehemently denied?
