I think the law requires and required then reporting abuse. Sex with strange men for a someone believed to be 15 yo sounds like abuse to me.

The law did not. Besides, it wasn't abuse....it was homosexual sex between to consenting individuals. Let it go, Brumar; you're a homophobe. That's very clear.
