Alex, see post #12256 from TexasDude. I doubt Zitel will go bankrupt anytime soon. Just because they are on track to run out of cash by next May, does not mean they will go bankrupt.

They will probably cut expenses to extend their operating cash. Management emphasized cost cutting during the conference call. And Zitel may be able to return to the Caymans for additional capital. As a short, I was thrilled that the Cayman investors have only converted 150K shares. This means future dilution will be significant.
