Let me also reply to what may become the more important statement in your post -

If this occurred, the price of oil would zoom, and ALL those "Green Energy" projects would be economically viable.

Russia would be immensely happy, while publicly complaining.

And everyone would meet their carbon reduction targets, because the economy would be sh*t.
